Attendee Requirements

We understand there are a lot of opinions about COVID-19, the effectiveness of masks, social distancing and everything else related. We respect everyone's opinion! With that being said, we are on State property and are required to follow guidelines established by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for COVID-19. So, if you're attending an event this season, these are the guidelines you have to follow (this list is not all inclusive, additional guidelines may be required at any time):

  • Groups may not be larger than 10 people (including those within the same household).

    • Tents may not have more than 10 people in them. If at any time this is exceeded, you will be asked to remove people. Multiple warnings may result in loss of privileges with no refund.

  • Individuals should maintain 6 feet of separation from others outside the individual’s group. A group is defined as no more than 10 persons including the members of the household and those persons who traveled together to the event.

    • Your event package has a private, reserved tent just for you and your group. No one else will occupy the space unless you invite them in. When away from your tent, stay 6 feet away from others.

  • You are required to wear a face mask or shield when walking around in the common areas of the event. That includes when you arrive and check-in, when you're walking to and from your tent and when you're using the restrooms. Although recommended, you are NOT required to wear a facial covering when you're inside your reserved tent and enjoying food & drink.
